LABOUR LAW

For many years now we take pride in our successful representation of employees in disputes arising from unlawful termination of employment, unlawful reduction of salary, damage compensation due to injury at work and other violations of employees’ rights arising from employment.

We are seasoned in arguing workplace harassment (mobbing) cases and in cases filed on the basis of Whistleblower Protection Act.

PROPERTY DISPUTES

In the field of Civil Law we provide a wide range of legal services which, in addition to conducting litigations for establishing property right, unjust enrichment and other legal matters, also include entering into contracts related to acquisition and disposal of property.

We mediate in exercising the right to material and non-material damage compensation on various grounds such as traffic accidents, committed crimes, violation of Constitutional rights and rights envisaged by applicable laws and we represent natural persons in cases conducted for realization of their right to collect debts through enforcement proceedings.

INHERITANCE LAW

We provide legal advisory services, draft documents and represent the clients in the matters of entering into life care contracts, agreements for allocation and assignment of property during one’s life, establishing the right to forced heirship and violation thereof, annulment and bringing into account any gifts (hotchpot), drafting and revocation of last will and testament and in probate proceedings.
